Construction Package
.
The construction package consists off all materials listed in the Materials Package, main floor materials (TJI's and wafer), exterior door and windows, rough sawn door and window bucking, and construction of the weather tight shell beginning at the foundation and ending with the T&G on the roof.  The foundation, stain and sealer application, plumbing, electrical, and remainder of the roof is not included.  Construction packages are only available in Utah, Arizona, and some surrounding areas.
