This Custom Hayes Model features 1,064 sq. ft. on first floor and 756 sq. ft. on second floor.  One bedroom and one full bathroom on first floor and one full bathroom and master bedroom on second floor.

The open floor plan of Great Room, Kitchen And Dining Room plus all the glass on Gable (end) wall providing a feeling of spaciousness well beyond this log homes 1,820 sq. ft.

The loft space can be designed for a third bedroom If desired and even a fourth bedroom if necessary by dividing the Master Bedroom in half.
