How 6300 lineal ft. of logs found its' way to southwest Tennessee from Kuhns Bros. Log Homes in Lewisburg, PA.

   It all started at Log Home and Timber Frame EXPO in Indianapolis, Indiana on a late Saturday afternoon (about 5:00 P.M.) in April 1999.

   Jerry Griffith had just about had it and was ready to go back to the hotel, but Malinda said "NO, not yet we haven't talked to Kuhns Bros". (the last booth on their way out the door and back to the hotel)

   So as Jerry & Malinda stood looking through one of the Kuhns Bros. catalogs I introduced myself( Larry Burnside, a dealer/builder for Kuhns Bros. Log Homes) and ask if I could be of any assistance. Jerry said "Maybe, if we can go sat down, get something to drink and talk about this log home we have in our minds eye." I said "Let's go" and thus began the year long trek of phone conversations, faxes and e-mails that will, before years end, become Jerry & Malinda Griffith's "Dream Log Home" in the gentle rolling hills of southwest Tennessee.

   As this home progress along in the following weeks and months I will attempt to show you how many, very talented, professionals and craftsmen are involved in making a "DREAM" come true.
